We would like to offer a sincere Thank You to all of you who participated in the 2015 Friends of Oakley Christmas Basket Program. Once again we successfully helped many Oakley families in need with fresh and non-perishable food and wrapped gifts for their children for Christmas.
This program would not be possible without all of the generous volunteers who joined us in the preparation. We are so very grateful to the City of Oakley and the Oakley School District who graciously offered locations for us to store and manage the event and for all who helped us with financial donations, gifts for our Oakley Seniors and children, food donations and sorting, gift wrapping and the basket distribution. Your names are too numerous to mention but your smiling faces, hard work and dedication to our community program is held close to our hearts.
